The IT Summit Cebu 2013 was held at Mandaue City Sports Complex in Mandaue City, Cebu Philippines last March 11, 2013. It was known as the first IT conference ever held in Cebu City. This conference showcases and introduces the latest technology in the fast growing IT industry in the world. Moreover, this conference also provides educational knowledge to the IT and non-IT students, professionals and individuals who want to learn more about networking and programming. It also introduces the latest technology and gadgets which are available nowadays in the market. This IT Summit was made to
addressed the IT professionals on what are the opportunities and challenges they will be facing today and in the near future.
In addition, they also introduced certain IT Certifications like the Philippine National I.T. Standards (PhilNITS) Foundation, Inc which are supported by various organizations here and abroad. So once you have this kind of certification you can easily find job outside the country.
Meanwhile, for us students and soon to be IT professionals this IT Summit has given a great breakthrough not only for the additional knowledge we got but merely a good preparation for our upcoming carrier someday!
